 |   Dr. Vermette has been creating beautiful smiles in the Concord area since 1994 as a Specialist in Orthodontics for both children and adults. After graduating with highest honors from the College of the Holy Cross, he received an academic scholarship to attend the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine where he completed his Doctorate degree. He then was accepted into the Orthodontic Specialty program at the University of Washington and completed his master's degree in orthodontics. As a leading authority in the profession, he has published numerous articles in his field, has lectured locally and nationally, and remains involved in progressive research and training with the Eastern Component of the Angle Society of Orthodontists. Dr. Vermette was one of the youngest orthodontists to receive a lifetime certification by the American Board of Orthodontics, and was recently re-certified as an Examiner for the American Board of Orthodontics. Additionally, Dr. Vermette remains involved in local, state, and national dental societies. He is a former President of the Concord Dental Society and Trustee for the New Hampshire Dental Society. He retains active memberships in the American Dental Society, American Association of Orthodontists, Northeast Society of Orthodontists, New Hampshire Dental Society, and Concord Dental Society. Dr. Vermette takes great pride in his involvement in the Concord community, especially in support of local schools, sport teams, and individual patients. He lives in the area with his wife, Annmarie, and children, Nicholas and Sarah. He enjoys spending time and traveling with his family and is an avid golfer and skier.
