Orthodontic treatment is an excellent investment in the overall dental, medical and psychological well being of children and adults. The current initial examination fees are $61 for children and $149 for adults. If treatment is indicated, Diagnostic Orthodontic Records (models of the teeth and special jaw X-Rays) are necessary to finalize an orthodontic treatment plan. The Records are reviewed and treatment options are discussed at a Case Presentation appointment. The Records/Case Presentation fee is $415. Orthodontic treatment may be deferred for up to 12 months without incurring additional fees.

Orthodontic treatment fees are generally all inclusive. Early, limited (or Phase I) orthodontic treatment ranges from $1500 to $3700. More comprehensive (or Phase II) orthodontic treatment ranges from $5300 to $7900.

Financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining this important health service. We are sensitive to the fact that different people have different needs in fulfilling their financial obligations, therefore we provide several payment options:

Option A: No Initial Payment Plan (Capital One ®)

Option B: Office Payment Plan

• An initial payment is due when treatment begins
• The balance may be paid through consecutive monthly payments
• Prepayments can be made anytime without penalty
• No interest

Option C: Payment in Full

• A bookkeeping courtesy of 5% is given for direct payment in full at start of treatment. We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Insurance Information
If you are eligible for orthodontic benefits under your plan, we will be happy to file your insurance claim for you so that you may be reimbursed for your payments to this office.

Pre-tax/ Flex- Spending Plan Information
Please verify with your Employer or Third-Party Administrator the details of your Pre-Tax Plan.  Each Plan has unique requirements.   Financial arrangements with our Office are independent of any such Plan; and the Beneficiary, not our Office, is responsible for compliance.
