Orthodontic treatment is an excellent investment in the overall dental, medical and psychological well being of children and adults. The current initial examination fees are $65 for children and $180 for adults. If treatment is indicated, Diagnostic Orthodontic Records (models of the teeth and special jaw X-Rays) are necessary to finalize an orthodontic treatment plan. Orthodontic treatment may be deferred for up to 12 months without incurring additional fees.

Orthodontic treatment fees are generally all inclusive. Early treatment (or Phase I) orthodontic treatment ranges from $3200.00 to $4400.00. More comprehensive (or Phase II) full orthodontic treatment ranges from $6500.00 to $8000.00.

Financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining this important health service. We are sensitive to the fact that different people have different needs in fulfilling their financial obligations, therefore we provide several payment options:

• A book keeping courtesy of $75 to $100 is given for direct payment in full at start of treatment.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

• An initial payment is due when treatment begins.
• The balance may be paid through consecutive monthly payments via automatic deductions from a checking, savings or credit card account.
• Prepayments can be made anytime without penalty.
• No interest.

If you are eligible for orthodontic benefits under your plan, we will be happy to file your insurance claim for you so that you may be reimbursed for your payments to this office.

Please verify with your Employer or Third-Party Administrator the details of your Pre-Tax Plan. Each Plan has unique requirements. Financial arrangements with our Office are independent of any such Plan; and the Beneficiary, not our Office, is responsible for compliance.
