Rissa
Rissa brought her administrative skills and wonderful sense of humor to our orthodontic practice in 1996.  After hours, the Concord community benefits from her spirit of volunteerism as a member of the Interfaith Caregivers Council, an active participant at the Friendly Kitchen as well as Temple Beth Jacob.  She has two children in college and looks forward to those times they are home.  Just for herself, Rissa enjoys walking, shopping, reading and spending time with her husband, Jim.

Vickie
Vickie can lay claim to 17 years as a dental hygienist and orthodontic assistant at 2 Wall Street. She has, however, spent the last seven years in Bennington, Vermont, where she was employed as Office Manager for the practice of two general dentists. She returns now to contribute to the administrative needs of our practice. She and her husband, John, like to spend time with their nephews and daughter, who live in the area. At day's end, walking on the rural roads of Warner is great for unwinding as well as exercising "T-Bone," their Jack Russell terrier. And, as always, the familiar click of knitting needles is a sign she has another creation in the making.

Katie
Katie graduated from the Dental Assisting program at NHTI.  She is a Certified Dental Assistant and also has a certification in Dental Radiology.  As part of the NHTI program, Katie did one of three externships with our practice in June '04 and joined us full-time in September '04, adding a youthful presence to our existing staff. Katie enjoys singing and is learning to play the guitar. She is extremely creative with rubber-stamping. A local bowling league also claims some of her free time.  

Ann
Ann has been associated with this practice since 1987.  She attended UNH and Westbrook College School of Dental Hygiene.  Her professional career spans 40 years with many of those years in general dentistry as well as 10 years as a part-time adjunct faculty member at NHTI.  After hours, Ann is challenged writing ad copy for the clients of a local graphic design and marketing company, but her favorite time is that which she spends with her family on Lake Sunapee.




Ruth
Ruth is a Certified Orthodontic Assistant and also Radiation Certified, having completed courses at Tufts and NHTI.  Ruth worked as an orthodontic assistant for six years and while living in Texas, traveled to Honduras as part of a dental/medical team. She took an 8-year hiatus as a stay-at-home mom and joined our practice in September '02.  Her outside activities include singing (occasionally with a band), playing guitar and mandolin, making stained glass, jewelry and baskets.  She travels vicariously through her husband, whose business takes him worldwide.



Vicki
Vicki comes to us with a diverse dental background.  A 1990 graduate of the NHTI Dental Assisting program, Vicki has assisted in general dentistry, oral surgery, and orthodontics as well as worked for 10+ years for a dental insurance company.  When not working, Vicki enjoys catching up with family and friends near and far, traveling (especially cruising!), and spending time with her husband, Ken, at their Canterbury home.




Karen
Karen is the newest member of our staff.  She brings to us 20 years of dental experience, including a number of years with a pediatric practice providing orthodontic treatment as well.  In 2004 she received her certification in Orthodontic Assisting to add to her 1990 NHTI certifications in Dental Assisting and Dental Radiology.  Karen is a busy wife and mother in her non-working hours.  She has three young children and as a family, they like to hike in the White Mountains.  Given a brief respite from life’s obligations, we expect you would find Karen enjoying the sun and snorkeling in the warm waters of Jamaica.
